NEET UG 2024 Question paper leaked Sanjiv Mukhia, identified as the mastermind behind the NEET UG 2024 question paper leaked, has also been implicated in leaking the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) Teacher Recruitment Exam (TRE 3.0) question papers. This connection was uncovered by the Economic Offences Unit (EOU) of the Bihar Police following the arrest of four individuals from West Bengal linked to the constable recruitment examination paper leaked on October 1, 2023.

The arrested individuals include Kaushik Kumar Kar, Sanjay Das from North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, Suman Biswas from Kolkata, and Saurabh Bandhopadhay from Lucknow. They were apprehended on June 26 in connection with the constable recruitment examination paper leaked, which led to the cancellation of the exam by the Central Selection Board of Constables (CSBC) on October 2 after the papers and answers were disseminated on social media.

The BPSC TRE 3.0 papers, scheduled for March 15, 2024, were leaked on March 13 and 14, before the examination. The CSBC had outsourced the printing, packaging, and transportation of the question papers to Caltex Multiventure Private Limited, based in Kolkata. Investigations revealed that Caltex was a shell company that further outsourced the exam-related work to Blessing Secured Press Private Limited, owned by the arrested Kaushik from Kolkata.
